    this item is needed for a quest ^^ The Clocktower Monster Wipe-out Operation is the name of the quest it's need for und the quest is for those level 59 und up =P

    to my knowledge, this item drops from: chronos (regular, platoon, and master) and ticks (regular, and the -tock version).
